leafwax - Bayesian Inversion of Leaf Wax Hydrogen Isotopes to Precipitation

Full Bayesian inversion of leaf wax hydrogen isotopes to reconstruct precipitation isotopes from hierarchical calibration posteriors. The likelihood is integrated over paired calibration draws and an explicit proper reconstruction prior, without dividing by sampled slopes. Multi-sample records jointly reweight shared calibration draws. A 100-draw fixture is included only for code-path verification; complete posterior deposits are required for inference and are distributed in the companion public data repository.
